This insert, 3D printed from PLA, keeps your micrometer from sliding around in the original wooden box. Also includes a slot for the calibration piece.

Measures 7x3in. I only have one of these micrometers so I cannot measure other boxes for variations. This insert may fit other size mics as well, but again I do not have any to test. My particular mic is model 1912.

The "flat bottom" variations are perfect for this. Our items do not come with hanging hardware, however we do sell hangers and stands in the 'accessories' section of our store.
